My beautiful, my own My only Venice-this is breath! Thy breeze Thine Adrian sea-breeze, how it fans my face! Thy very winds feel native to my veins, And cool them into calmness! ~ Lord Byron "The Two Foscari"
I am afraid I failed the challenge. I only had one book planned for it and it seems this is not the right time for me to read it. I started reading "Across the river and into the trees" and got to about page 20! I will post some quotes about V. at the end of the month though, :).
Rikki, that is no problem at all! It seems I won't be able to read all the books I wanted for this challenge as well... This has been a very complicated month for everybody, hasn't it? :)
