One Day - 6 Word Sum Up
"One Day" has been the best book I have read this year. It is one of those books that stays with you forever, though incredibly sad at the end, but maybe that is one of the things that makes her unforgettable. I have also seen the movie and for a perfect book I could not have imagined a better way to personify the two main characters, Emma and Dexter.

Being of an age similar to Dex and Emma, I really enjoyed the cultural aspects of this book and tho, I really enjoyed the book and marveled at the way the story was told, I had such a hard time liking Dex. It was a good reading experience and look forward to someday seeing the flick.
At first I despised Dex, but through the book I began to accept him as he was. His new face at the end of the novel makes you love him, actually :)
